The Power of Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training

It was during his work with these teams that he noticed a common training technique: blood flow restriction (BFR). This technique was primarily used to accelerate recovery after injury or surgery, allowing athletes to train at low intensities while still promoting muscle growth.

Many studies proved its effectiveness, but the existing BFR devices had issues.
