Brentford FC is looking for a Lead Performance Nutritionist (First Team) to design and deliver world-class nutrition strategies that fuel our players to perform at the highest level.
Brentford Football Club - Lead Performance Nutritionist (First Team)
Brentford FC is seeking a Lead Performance Nutritionist to develop and implement world-leading nutrition strategies for their Premier League first team. Based at their Training Ground near Heathrow, this role reports to the Head of Sports Science.
Key Responsibilities:
Design individualized nutrition programs for all first team players
Lead fuelling, hydration, recovery, and supplementation strategies
Line-manage a First Team Nutritionist
Collaborate with chefs on periodized menus
Monitor player body composition and performance metrics
Support international players and liaise with external stakeholders
Influence senior coaching and medical staff
Requirements:
BSc in Sports Nutrition (MSc preferred)
SENr registration
Elite-level nutrition experience
Line management experience
Strong player-facing and communication skills
Data interpretation abilities
